I am new to Avaya Platform so there are many things that I ask here on this platform.
I have a user who is unable to login to the contact center queue from his Avaya 2050PC soft phone.
I gave him instructions to login but no luck and as per him, there is no login button on the phone .
Attached is the Phone's snapshot for your reference.
Can someone please guide me what to look for to troubleshoot this issue ?
