user unable to change password

I have a user that has a password problem. I can change her password on he mail router as an admin, but when she goes into her acct. after that and is prompted to change the password, she enters in the password I just set and then creates a new password and verifies it and cc:Mail comes back with "can't change password". Has anyone experienced this? Do you have a solution? Thanks.

I have not experienced it. However, does the user have the appropriate network rights to make a change? Maybe it's unrelated to cc:Mail completely.
