User to kill their own session

Good morning,

Is there anyway a user can have the ability to kill their own sessions?

If it is possible how is this set up?

It would be a useful feature, but I don't believe it is possible. You need DBA privilege to be able to issue the "alter system kill session" command.

I believe it can be accomplished with a PL/SQL procedure. However, you are probably right.
