User Templates

I'm playing around with a test server using Win2000 Terminal Services and Metaframe 1.8. I can't figure out how to create a user template. After creating a user I don't see any option to copy it to another username. Can anyone help me out?

To create a usertemplat do the following:

Create e new temp user
Login wth the user and configure all the settings
logoff
logon with admin rights
Right click My computer and choose properties.
Choose User Profiles
Select the temp user and choose COPY
Now you can copy this profile to the user's profile directory e.g. H:\Profile
