User Template - Default 'Profile Path'

Hey Everyone

I would have thought that to have it so everytime a NEW USER is created, thier profile path is "\\<servername>\<sharename>\%username%", I would just have to enter this in the 'Profile>Profile Path' Tab of the 'User Template' template. This doesn't seem to work. Is there another way this is supposed to be achieved?

Are you using the template when you create a user?
