I am using IPO server 9.1.6 and VMpro set for intuity mode along with 8 IP500v2 in expansion mode
When we just were using the V2s and vmpro, my leave actions for my receptionist worked like a charm. Now they don't
I have a leave start point that will send callers to our day menu if the receptionist has all lines busy or has stepped away for 2 minutes
Can anyone point me in the direction to fix this??
Can anyone point out how I could perhaps add the leave action within my AA call flow??
Current AA call flow is:
AA checks for holiday condition, if no holiday, checks week planner condition to see if office is open at main site, if open sends call to receptionist 1, if week planner finds main office closed, it then go to another week planner condition to see if reception 2 is open. If open sends the calls to receptionist 2 on other side of country. If closed sends call to our night menu

In the above call flow, is there a way I can tell the transfer to reception action that if no answer to send to day menu???

TIA

Wayne

Shortcode
*99/"AutoAttendand module name in VM Pro"\VoiceMail Collect\0
Set receptionist forward on no answer to above short code including huntgroup calls.
The group the receptionst is in must be of a sequential or rotary type.

I would route into a hunt group with the receptionist as member instead of to the receptionist user. Enable queuing and announcement for that group and place the menu or a go to action in the groups queued start point in VMPro.
