User sessions will not show in metaframe console

I just added a third server to a farm. I can run ica sessions and log into software fine. But when I go into the metaframe console to see who is active my sessions do not show up for this server and neither do my printers. The other two servers do not have this problem. Also, if I go into terminal services manager, the sessions do show up and can be viewed from all three servers. These are windows 2000 servers running metaframe xpa. Any ideas? thanks.

Am having the same problem. 4 servers running metaframe XPa, occasionally one of the servers will appear to have lost all the users, as they do not show up in management console, but if I try to reboot the server, I get the message that xx users are connected. If I cancel out of that and go to the event logs, I can see print jobs being completed, so users are still using it. Task manager also shows users running various processes.

There still is no resolution on my side. I worked for several hours with Citrix Tech Support on Tuesday night, but to no avail. They had me uninstall and reinstall SP1 and FR1 on all three servers and change the primary data collector for the zone to the non-working server and then back to a working one. The only thing that this resulted in was creating the same thing on the other two (previously working) servers. They then had me install SP2 on the servers, and the first two servers came back to life again and the third won't even accept ICA connections now. Unfortunately, the third server finished installation of SP2 ten minutes after Citrix closed for the night, so I haven't had a chance to work with them again yet. I'm looking to find some resolution by next week.
