User Sessions - Taskpad

I've created a taskpad to allow our Helpdesk disconnect sessions on a particular server.

However, I do not know what rights I need to assign them so they have the ability to see the user sessions.

I want them to have as little access to the server as possible, but they still require the ability to disconnect sessions.

Any help is appreciated.
