User Sessions missing from Terminal Services Manager

When I open Terminal Services Manager, I only see my session. When I use query user, I only see my session.

Through Task Manager, I can see processes for users logged in.

Help!
 
Just because processes are running under different user contexts doesn't necessarily mean that they are logged on via TS. Check scheduled jobs, open sessions/folders whereby remote programs are being executed, etc.
