user sessions are getting locked after 15 minutes. They are getting prompted to press control alt delete. This just started happening. Is there any reason for this?

Not sure of the reason, but it must be a Windows update because it started happening to me also. The problem is not Citrix, but Windows. It seems like users are getting screen saver settings defaulting to the Windows Logon Screen Saver after 15 minutes. I worked around it by creating a Group Policy to disable the screen saver.
The setting is found in Group Policy - User Configuration - Administrative Templates - Control Panel/Display - Screen Saver. Change the setting to disabled.
