User Session Expired Question

Hi All,
We have a frustrating and interesting problem. We upgraded from Crystal 8.0 to 9.0. We have an application that views reports via the IE browser. Some of our machines can view reports and some get "User Session Expired". Has anyone else run across this? I have looked at the "User Session Expired" PDF and don't believe it mentions anything about some machines getting "User Session Expired" and others don't. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
