Technical User
Using a terminal server enivironment with PCounter (2.20a) acting as a 'middle man' between user and Printer.
User sends a job to be printed. 3 jobs go to print queue and are paused. PCounter popup comes up and user assigns the code to be charged to, clicks on OK and one of the 3 jobs is unpaused and is printed. Other 2 jobs stay in the print queue indefinitely.
The issue seems only to affect several users, not everyone. The extra jobs don't show up in the view of the print queue that the users see, but it does show up on the print queue on the server. We only just upgraded to a newer version of PCounter recently; prior to that the users having the problem would get multiple popup boxes, they'd charge one, and cancel the rest. Problem exists whether or not job goes to PCounter first or is sent straight to the printer.
Anyone come across this problem before? Any fixes?
Thanks for advice in advance
