User sending .doc attachment to another user and it arrives as MIME?

One user sends mail to another and it arrives as 4 seperate text files....

If you open the text file with a text editor like word,
within the body it says

"This is a multi-part message in MIME format."

I have used winzip to try and decode these with no success.

Any ideas?

This has happened to me too. The person recieving the e-mail was on AOL. I,ve sent the same e-mail to others who have a "grown-up ISP" and they didn't have any problems.
