User Security Maintenance

We have a really old version of MAS90, 4.0. I tried to limit what some employees could do in user security, and now many of them cannot do anything under there login. If I have their login in the module and they still cannot use that module, what else do I need to do? If the module says (all users) for the entire menu, shouldn't everyone be able to access that module? Or do I need their user logins in there with the Administrator in there too?

Based on what you're posting, this sounds like it's a version older than 4.0. With 4.0 there is role based security. What you're describing sounds like 3.x version. Can you run the installed applications listing from Library master and let us know what version you are on for sure?
