How do I give a user only permission to access a folder/directory when he logs into Citrix? Currently, when the user logs in and opens the windows explorer, he is able to see the whole drive of the server. How can I prevent this from happening? Currently using W2K and Citrix Metaframe. Any help is appreciated....

If you have a NT4 PDC enviroment then use policies. In the common.adm file there is an option called HideDrives. There you can assign that certain drives (for example M: and N: in a Citrix enviroment) will be invisible for users. Note: the drives will be invisible but not inaccessable. Via RUN a user can still acces the drives so you have to make sure that the proper rights are set up.

If you are using AD then it is hidden in a group policiy. You can change the group policy of a OU. When you choose User Configuration there is a folder called Administrative templates. Choose Windows Components and then Windows Explorer. There you can find "Hide these drives in My Computer".
