User rights

How can I give specific rights to specific application users? I've got to make a member administration and financial administration in 1 application.

3 persons will have to work with it, and they have certain rights:
Person A may only see and edit the member part.
Person B may see and edit the entire application.
Person C may only see the entire application

The easiest way to do this is via a security nvo which gets instantiated by the window when it is opened. Take the user's log on id, determine their security level, and then change the update property (for example) on the datawindow based on that level.
