User Rights Missing

I just spent several days creating multiple user rights and assigning membership. The last time I was on the system there were four groups and most of my users were assigned to a member list. Today I went in to add a few more and I only have the Agent user rights. How could all my user rights just disappear? Is there any way to get them back?
 
Maybe you look at the solution wide user rights. But those are only shown as long as exactly the same user rights exists on all nodes.

So check if the user rights exist on other nodes and ensure that they are identical on all systems.

Thanks for the reply. I know for a fact that I created them on one of my systems. Not really using rights as designed, but for identification. Three buildings, Three IP Office on an SCN but some of the phones in one building are on a system from another. My predecessor started this practice. All rights are the same, and set to "Not Part of User Rights". Last week I created 4 User Rights Names. For the past four or five days I've gone into one of the rights to the "User Rights Membership" tab and select extensions. I have 46 extensions showing "Building A" under "Working hours User Rights" but when I pull down to select there is nothing in the list.

Could not have added 46 if the Right never existed, can't add any more. Now, if I create a right with the same name again, it wiped out everything I did.
 
I'd be willing to bet that you consolidated the solution and lost them in the process.
 
Just create one globally and test if it stays available.

If so check the user rights on each node and compare them. Usually a little adjustment at one single node made it to disappear globally.
