Hi! I am configuring an ars and create unrestricted calls meaning that they can call NDD/IDD Mobile Numbers and also I created an ars restricted calls meaning they can call anything except mobile numbers. The problem that I am experiencing is that, when assigning a user in user rights membership and create a shortcode pointing to the restricted calls. It's not overriding the personal shortcode, instead it still using the Global shortcode. Here's my config on ars, shortcode in primary.

Shortcode in Primary (Global)
09N / Dial / 09N / ARS:50 Main

ARS(50) - unrestricted
09N; / Dial / 09N / 99001 <-- going to Control Unit.

ARS(51) - restricted
09N; / Dial / 09N / 99001 <-- going to Control Unit. Checked the authorization code.

Personal Shortcode
09N / Dial / 09N / ARS:51

Pretty impatient...

Monitor with default filters and Short Code filter should give you some insight what IPO decides.
