User registration with asp

Not sure if anyone can help, but our webpage is all .htm files, we are trying to make a user registration to make an account for the web page so that authorized users can view their information. Any tips? I do have SQL Server if we need to use it. Thanks in advance.

do u have IIS Server or Personal Web Server? if so then let me know.

I am using IIS. My domain controller is 2000 Advanced Server and the webpage is being hosted locally.

You need to use some kind of server scripting language such as asp.
