I have a form with a calendar control. I believe it is mscal.ocx. On one user machine, when they try to load the app, they receive "Method Value of object custom control failed..." Any idea why this is happening. On other machines everything is fine....

Check the project references on that machine.

Money can't buy happiness -- but somehow it's more comfortable to cry in a Corvette than in a Yugo.

When you say project references....what exactly do you mean? Do you mean to go on that machine and view the references dialog box?

Open up any code module in the Access IDE on that machine.
Click on Tools|References. Uncheck any references that are tagged as "MISSING". Also make sure that the ones that are checked are the same as the mdb's on the other PCs. For some odd reason (maybe bad Gates Karma?) these can become broken or corrupt during copy & transfer. I assume you already did a compact & repair on that machine.
Good Luck!
[cheers]
