User receives a blank copy of message

Everytime one of my users tries to send a message to an external account, she receives a blank copy of it into her inbox. It looks as if she has been Bcc'd, but the message body has no contents. I have never seen this before and I was wondering if anyone else has experienced it and what they had to do to resolve it. We are using Exchange 2003 w/ Outlook 2003. Thanks in advanced
