One of our Sys Admins has set quotas on our server and we are experiencing a rash of users who can no longer save data to our w2k server.

Is there a global way to turn off quotas on the server and then selectively reapply them to the correct OU's?

I searched through the tree of policies and couldn't find one attached to a specific OU. The default hits at 50 mb.
At that time, the users see no available disk space from their workstations on the server.

Skip777,

Quotas are set on a Volume or Partition. So if the quota was applied for instance to the D: drive, it will affect all users trying to save work to that drive. You can, however exclude users from quota limits by:
Right clicking the drive the quota is set on and choosing Properites.
Click the Quotas tab and then click Quota Entries.

Right-click the person whose quota entry you would like to modify and choose Properties...etc.,

Unforutately, you can not do this on a 'group' basis, only per user.

Have fun!
