I am new to these forums and I was wondering if someone could assist. We are running Symposium Express 4.2 with an Option 11C 4.5W (Sig server to make it CS1000).
This last night a user logged into Symposium Express and some how put it into Emergency State. This was a function I understood could only be performed by custadmin or sysadmin. When I logged in with the same user account I could not replicate this issue, has anyone come across this issue or heard of this happening. The contact center remained in this state until this morning when one of the managers logged in and noticed it.
