User properties error occurred

We have an nt server that has NDS for domain. Recently whenever I use user manager for domain select a user and click on properties, it gives me an error "unknown error occurred"
since that error occurred no user is able to authenticate to NT domain via NDS.

Anyone has any ideas please help. Thanks
