USER PROFILES

Hi, I am currently having problems with other users on my system using hotmail. Every other internet page loads up fine, but after login into hotmail, internet explorer hangs for ages.

In my administrator account, all is fine, this problem only occurs in the other user accounts which i created with admin privaleges.

I checked the size of the user profiles and the accounts in question are 2.21mb in size. Could this be something to do with the problem, if so, how can i reduce the size of the user profiles?

and download filemon and regmon

First install and run them as administrator. Then log in as the user and run them. Then look for any file or registry key that has "access denied" flag. Change the permission to allow user to access those files or registry keys.
