Currently having a bit of a problem when attempting to reprint checks. The option is greyed out, not allowing anyone to proceed to view receipts for that day. I've noticed similar issues posted but so far the only "work around" I've seen is deleting the users profile and recreating it. I've tried doing some scenario testing (changing privilege levels/security levels, replacing the EMP.DBF, Sec DBF's etc.) to no avail.
I have currently pinned the program for reprinting checks to the taskbar which seems to allow any user to proceed as normal as it bypasses users credentials via CFC. Can anyone shed some light if they have resolved this issue?
Note: These are local PC's.
