I am currently switching my network over to a new domain. I have around 300 pc on the network, a few 98 and few 2000pro. I am having a problem with 2000pro machines. Is there a program (i have found a program by ForensiT called Profile Wizard but it does work right anyhelp with it would be appreciated) or a way to copy user profiles from the old domain to the new domain on the local PC. I always thought the user profile held the certificate to the network and if you simple just copy one from the old domain it wont have the cetificate for the new domain. Correct me if im wrong. Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

If this is an AD domain, MS provides the movetree command to move objects within domains.

I think you have to install Adminpak.msi to get that tool.
