User Profile listing takes a long time

Hello, all.

We've had this "issue" for a while, and I'm just asking around to see if it's normal of if there's something up.

On our Win2k Servers, running Citrix MetaFrame, when we right-click on My Computer, select Properties, then click on the tab for User Profiles, it takes about 45 minutes for that list to populate. There are about 800 profiles that get listed, but they're not very big - generally only a few K.

Is this normal, in everyone else's experience?

That has always been my experience. It seems to take a long time, whether you have 800 uses or 8.
