User problem notification

Hi,

We monitor the user 6F1 AIX 4.3.3 system once an hour (crontab) and notify the user with the warning screen (consol screen).

I'd like also to beep his machine and write a short message to his LED display.

Any way to do it ? "Long live king Moshiach !"

syslog has provisions to notify console users and /dev/console etc
