Hi,

Is there a way of editing the user permissions that are enabled under the feature Access for Agent Admin.
Ideally I'd like to edit the Agent Admin so that users have read and write access to Change Agent skills, but dont have access to Activate Agent Trace.

Is this possible by logging in as root possibly?

Thanks in advance

You can let them change agent skills using feature accesscodes through the definity rather than through CMS.

Do a "ch feat"

See example below.

FEATURE ACCESS CODE (FAC)

Automatic Call Distribution Features

After Call Work Access Code: *80
Assist Access Code: *81
Auto-In Access Code: *83
Aux Work Access Code: *84
Login Access Code: *82
Logout Access Code: #82
Manual-in Access Code: *85
Service Observing Listen Only Access Code: *86
Service Observing Listen/Talk Access Code: *88
Service Observing No Talk Access Code:
Add Agent Skill Access Code: *89
Remove Agent Skill Access Code: #89
Remote Logout of Agent Access Code:

I think you want your supervisors to be able to change agent skills through CentreVu CMS. If so log into CMS and go to Tools> User Permissions> Features and put in the supervisors ID and do find. Then check Agent Administration Read and Write. The supervisor will not see the changes take place if they are logged in whenyou make the chnages so they will have to log out and back in.
