User over VPN not able to dial DTMF on Zoom meeting call prompt

Hello,
I have a IPO500v2 r11.1.0.0.0 using J179 IP set over a VPN connection. They are claiming when they call a ZOOM meeting, they can't dial the Zoom Meeting access codes. Does anyone have any clue why this would happen?

Is it just this J179 that has this issue? Does a local phone have this issue? Is the J179 running SIP or H323?

Does DTMF work internally correctly? If you are unsure dial into voicemail (*17) and make sure you can navigate the prompts correctly.

Does DTMF work externally to other targets? Best test is call into a different auto attendant and see if you can navigate it correctly.



The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
