When looking through the 'Units in use' section of license in NWADMIN, I see that some usernames are listed multiple times, and using extra licenses. Why does this happen, and how can I drop those extra licensed connections?

Alot depends on your network layout, amount of servers, type of license, etc. If you are getting messages that you are out of connection licenses goto the server(s), load Monitor, and check connections. Remember that connections with an asterick * are not taking a license. Users can be listed twice:(from Novell TID) ** At this point in time the client has 1 NLI connection and 1 * (authenticated, unlicensed) connection to the server ** see: Also JetDirect cards, print servers, etc. can take a license. If you are using ZENworks see:

Cheers,

Mark ;-)
