User Objects in Query not working. Frustrated

As a supervisor, I've given access to the "User Objects" option for a number of users, yet when the users open our universe and choose User Objects in the Query window, it does nothing at all. Does anyone have any suggestions for this?

What do you mean with 'does nothing at all'? To start with there a no user objects available. You need to add and build them..

But, if nothing at all is happening, it can help to find and delete the .udo files on their computers. They will rebuild.

BTW - I hate user objects and we NEVER show people that feature.
