User Notification When Direct Charge Orders Are Received

MIMS 4.1 has an e-mail notification mechanism and the repspective "Notify" command that can be used in RDL language.
It could be possible to insert a "user exit" in the direct charge recepting screen code, to place a request for an custom RDL that in turn sends an e-mail notification to the user.
This is just a broad idea as I do not have knowledge on the specifics of direct charge orders receiving.

What version are you on? I believe that Newmont Mining Nevada operations has a user exit created by Add-Ons (Jeff Sullivan and Chris Long) for sending an email when a D.C. req is received. They run version 3.13S. If you want to find out details you can contact:
