User is tryig to access Citrix service via NFUSE. The user is able to get to the NFUSE page, but when trying to start a service gets a error message that pops up saying that they can not connect to the server. The user is able to get to the service from another machine.

There is another message that pops up, but is not on the screen long enough to get to read. This appears to be a Citrx Metaframe XP server. It is running some legacy applications.

Your assistance is appreciated.

johnilu,
Try doing this to help the troubleshooting process.
-Ask the user to log into NFuse from the machine that is not working.
-Once the user has been logged into NFuse and sees all of the icons...right-click on the icon and choose "Save as". The file will be named "launch.ica" and just place the file on the desktop.
-Right-click on the "launch.ica" file and choose "open with". Choose the notepad application from the list.
-Go down to where you see the application name (in the middle of the file) and here it will show you the IP of the server that its trying 2 connect to.
-I would then try doing a ping to that server.
-Do a telnet session to that server using port 1494
-Check the eventviewer of that server for any specific error messages (usually in the application event).

Hope that helps out.
