I have a user that I am upgrading from 4.6 to 5.0.4 and during the Setups I get "USER NAME NOT FOUND IN NAME AND ADDRESS BOOK" when the setup gets to 30%.

I deleted and re-created the user but I still get the message at the 30% mark.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi!

Do you have the entry for the IP address and the server name in your hosts file? I have had problems with this before.

The syntax is 10.x.x.x server name

If you are using Windows 95/95 clients, this file can be found in your Windows directory.
If it is Windows NT, the directory would be
winnt\system32\drivers\etc.

Hope this helps.
