user name not found in name and address book when there, new client in

I am trying to install a new client, after registering them, and during the launch of Notes the error message
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
have you registered the user 'on local' or 'on server_name' ?<br>You should always register 'on server_name', even if you are physically working on the server

If you have multiple servers, make sure your servers have replicated the NAB. This is easily forgotten.
