User name in pop3 changing by itself

Ever since i installed Trend A/V, the user name under my pop3 settings keep changing by adding \out going server path

Has anyone ever heard of this?

Would you not contact ..... TrendMicro for that?
It is not really an Exchange issue if a third party product causes the problem.

Just found out the AV builds a proxy local server on each box and then forwards all mail to the local host proxy.
