I'm having this stupid problem that I solve yesterday, but it's come back. I try to load a file in VI, and I have to sign on as the administrator (it asks me for a name and password). I found this article that seems to address the problem, but I cna't figure out how to do what they're suggesting - I can't find that option in VI...

Any help?

I am having exactly the same problem.I have a brand new install of XP pro/IIS 5.
It was ok a couple of days ago but now that damn box keeps popping up. I have installed .NET framework recently - could that be the prob?

Hey Wazi

Wish I could help, but I gave up (it was the second time it had happened - I'd fixed it once but in the process screwed up something else which when I fixed it this problem reoccured.) I ended up using my old standby of Homesite, and got the project done. I think it has something to do with the security settings in the FP Extensions - but you know how it is - I tried 500 different things and forget which one actually worked...

Good Luck
