User Mailbox Full

One of my associates has neglected to delete the old messages. Her mb is full with about 75 messages. If I try to add a message it just disconnects. It will replay the old messages but when you hit delete *3 I also disconnects.
The guy who sold and installed the system is retired and did not give me the password to use with #99 to get into the Programming Main Menu. I'm stuck. Can anyone help?

try the default password for the administrators box. you can always hire a qualified avaya business partner.

I was able to retrace the retired guy. He tried various things but could not solve the problem. Finally he suggested to reboot the system. Guess what? It came up clean!
I first got involved with computers in the late sixties and then also the last (or sometimes even first) resort was to reboot. Things have not changed!
