I am trying to find a way to track when users login to the domain and when they logout. I don't want to restrict them, I just want to check to see what time they login in the morning etc. This seems like a very good management tool, but I can't seem to find out how to do this. Does anyone know how to do this?

I am running a Windows 2000 Server (domain/active directory) and Windows 2000 professional clients.

Do a google search for track logins. I'd point you to a specific utility, but since my company sells one, that may be a violation of the rules here.
