I have a user that the software says is logged into a specific company which she isn't and it won't let her login now because it says 'user already logged on.' How can I kick that ghost login off?

The server may have been turned off while she was logged in and that is when the problem started.

Thank you.

(By the way, I have never used this program so please be specific!)

Within the Great Plains application from the palette options go to SYSTEM, Then SETUP, the USER ACTIVITY. This window displays all the user sessions. Look for the associated userID, highlight the session and click on the DELETE button to remove the session. The user should be able to log back in at this point.
