I does anyone know how to add a popup for remote desktop users? So when a user logs on a small message appears telling them basic information we set.

Not too sure what sort of information you wish to set however KIXstart provides an excellent scripting utility displaying information and limited configuration of the enviroment

I just upgraded our network at school from nt 4.0 to windows 2003. I have two servers in one domain and everything looks good except I cant logon from a workstation.

Hi 18003809537 a new thread would have been good for this question ;-).... however.... Are all the client manchines located in the domain (have they been added) can you ping the domain controllers, is there any firewall software on these machines. At the moment i am guessing what could be the problem what is the error messages you are getting etc
