One other bug mayby related with my previous tread (check Link)

I have a user when i do transaction --> sales --> sales scc

i give me the following error

(sorry if is not exact error message i translate that from the french version)

your previous posting was stopping during the process please wait, if you beleve tha great plains crash, quit and try again...
i try check link the only way i found i to creat him a new accout....

I would say this is related. Can you check Batch recovery? Is the invoice showing in history? If it's not in the work tables, it sounds like the invoice was posted but with no line items, so th invoice header was deleted as well.

Check the GL also and see if the amounts were posted through properly.

Check the Dex_Session and Dex_Lock tables in the tempdb to see if this user is stuck in there as well.
