User locked from VO login

I have 5 CSk1's and the users move around from office to ofiice using i2004 phones and virtual office. I try to limit the number of people who know the password because at times the phones don't re-register back on thier own. After a person uses VO at a remote location and they logout of VO but the home phone stays unregistered. At that point I either have to reset the port on the switch or ask someone to unplug and replug in the phone. Is there anyway around this and has anyone else had this issue?
