User Leaving, need to send folders to a different mailbox

Right, you could use exmerge but the easiest and quickest way to do this is to grant the old users permission to the destination mailboxes, log into the old users' PC's with their username connect to the destination mailbox and simply drag and drop the required folders to their new found home! Job done.
Or simply give the new users the pst / ost files and let them connect to it.
