We have Lotus Notes set up as and Internet Client. We are able to send email to all Internet accounts except to accounts on our own ISP mail server. The following Delivery Failure Report comes back from Lotus:

Your document: Routing Guides
was not delivered to: <JDoe@xyzcompany.com>
because: User JDoe(JDoe@com) not listed in public Name & Address Book

Can anyone help me with this. We can send email to the same employee's personal Internet account (eg. JDoe@aol.com).

This error occurs with the JDoe@xyzcompany.com in the address book or without it there!

I'd appreciate any help anyone can give me. We are on the latest release of Lotus Notes R5.

Make sure the User’s name is correctly spelled and matches the Entry in the Name and Address book.
Make sure that the Home Server has been correctly listed (LNCORPXXXNNN/coxxx/abccompany) .
If both are correct then notify the Notes Administrator to Modify the Servers NOTES.INI file to have the Address Book entry with NAMES to add the suffix.NSF, (NAMES.NSF).
