User is unable to send mail...

One of our exhchange users is unable to send or forward mail to other users in the organization. He can send mail to addresses outside the company and can recieve mail from users both outside and inside the company. the problem applies only to outbound mail to other users in the organization. error message is:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: %subject%
Sent: %date/time%

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

%reciepient% on %date/time%
The e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address. Check the address and try again.
<%server name% #5.1.0>


Though the message would seem to be very self explanitory, we have checked our spelling as well as tried many different mailboxes and still no luck. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Need a little more info such as what version of exchange, outlook. Also what is your SMTP settings.
Have you ran a trace on the message?
