User is prompted for subreport passwords when running report

When running a Crystal Report (v8.5) from a browser-based application (Accpac eCRM v5.0), the user is prompted for database username and password. This information is not requested to run the report itself, only for the subreports contained therein. I have run other Crystal Reports from within this application... the prblem only occurs when the report contains subreports.
