User is not authorized to acces the database

I have a problem with Lotus Domino 5. The last user that I have created work perfectly until the lotus domino service it comes stopped, after, when i tried to acces to the mail, the client give me this message: User not authorized to access to the database. The message on the console of the server is: attempt of access to the database mail\filename.nsf from user denied.
I have tried to recreate the user account but, when the service restart the problem it returns

you should check the database acl to make sure the user has rights to this fill.

you should also check if the user is not in the intruder list (notes forbiden access).
